Client's Bill of Rights
- You have the right to be treated in a friendly, courteous, professional
manner at all times.
- You have the right to services in a timely manner, without undue delays
- You have the right to ask questions at any time, and to have those
questions answered properly.
- You have the right to be involved in your career planning, service
selection, and to have the plan focused on your needs and career them.
- You have the right to have all the details of your services and options
explained to you so that you fully understand them.
- You have the right to full information about the kinds of services
available to you.
- You have the right to reasonable accommodations if desired.
- You have the right to receive services in a safe setting, free from any
physical, sexual, or emotional abuse.
- You have the right to talk to anyone about your services, including
another counselor, and to change counselors, if desired.
- You have the right to receive full information regarding the limits of
confidentiality regarding your case file.
- You have the right to review your case file at the premises upon request.
- You have the right to full access to all of your career management files.
- You have the right to have the grievance procedure fully explained to you,
and to have any complaints addressed promptly.
